Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is an American author of cookbooks on cooking as well as Emmy Award-winning host for the Food Network's most popular program, Barefoot Contessa which began broadcasting in 2002, has 27 seasons till 2020. Ina began her career in writing nuclear energy policies and budgets for the White House. Though she found the career to be stimulating intellectually, eventually she stopped her pursuit and purchased a small specialty store called Barefoot Contessa. The store was very successful for 18 years, until she decided to sell it. Then she began writing her first cookbook. Several other books and magazines followed. Meanwhile her Food Network television show too was launched and quickly became a huge success. She also sells a range of product from cooking ingredients as well as storage containers and equipment. Ina, who is self-taught and has not attended a culinary school or in the hotel. Her name is ascribed to her easy style of cooking as well as her easy take on entertainment. Her most well-known dishes include Skillet Lemon Chicken roasted by Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic roasted Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars as well as Mac and cheese.
