Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She began participating in fitness events when she was 16 after she quit the gymnastics she had been involved in during her youth. As a teenager She was granted her pro certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career at age 16, when she gave up gym class. Within a short time, she was able to get her Pro Card at age 17. She became among the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to stop her work for a total of six years, to continue her education. In 2015, she returned on the stage and took part at the top level in competitions such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show was a success, she competed for a long time and established new goals every year. She was awarded four more fitness titles by the end 2009. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) ever. Ariel took 6 years before completing her studies after earning the Pro Card. She made a comeback in October of 2015 when she competed in her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The final result was that she finished 3rd at the show. The winner was IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and also qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel stepped up on stage at the Olympia and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division, despite not having any expectations. Ariel was competing with many of the best athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The most she does is bent-over rows as well as single arm pull-downs (on an exercise machine), pull-ups and seated-rows. The warm-up phase is completed before she moves into her workouts. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time the best way feasible. Converting all the back exercises into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she does.
