Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. After quitting her gymnastics career Ariel Khadr began to compete in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. In the year 17 She was granted her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness events at the age of 16. One year later at 17 when she was 17, she earned her pro card. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel spent six years away from the stage following her acquisition of the Pro Card required to complete her university studies. In 2015, she returned to the stage and competed in high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for several more years, setting goals every year. By the time 2009 ended she had won four additional fitness titles. She was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. The youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to complete her degree following her Pro Card award. Her return came in the month of October with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at the Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in 3rd place during the event. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage two months later, and was awarded 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very happy with her performance. Ariel had to compete against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel remains astonished, and brings the best version of her physique every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. A typical back workout comprises of bent over rowing, single arm lat pull-downs on a machine pull-ups, and seated rows. A typical warm-up is done first, followed by the actual workout. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. She combines all of her exercises in the back into three or four supersets of 10-12 reps are the way she works.
