Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness events when she was 16 years old. When she was 17 she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. She started participating in fitness shows at the age of 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. A year later, at the age of 17 when she was 17, she earned her pro card. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel spent six years away from the stage following her acquisition of her Pro Card to complete her university studies. After that, she returned in 2015 and picked up the point where she had left performing in elite events such as The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for several more seasons, setting new goals every year. In 2009 she won four more fitness awards. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) ever. Ariel spent 6 years trying to earn her bachelor's degree, after earning the Pro Card. In the month of October with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016 she was named the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and was thus invited to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. In the space of three months, Ariel stepped up on stage at the Olympia and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was pleased with the outcome. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. It is her favorite to do bent-over rows, single arm lat-pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, seated rows and push-ups. Her warm-up is followed by moving into her workouts. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Supersetting all of the exercises back into three or 4 supersets with 10-12 reps is what she does.
