Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. As a teenager she was awarded her professional card just a year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She started participating in fitness contests when she was 16 after quitting the gymnastics team she had played in as a child. Within just one year her age, she could achieve her Professional Card aged 17. This made her the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel spent six years away from the stage following her acquisition of her Professional Card in order to finish her university studies. In the year 2015 she returned to the stage and competed in high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first performance that she was competing in throughout her career and determined to achieve higher standards each year. As of the year 2009's end she had won the titles of four other fitness contests. The most notable was 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. This made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from the sport to get her college degree. Then, in October 2015 she made a return through her IFBB Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016 she was named the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and was thus invited to the Fitness Olympia. The following month she took to the Olympia arena and claimed 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations and was satisfied with the results. It was a battle against the top athletes. Ariel is always improving her body. Ariel loves to work out her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using a machine, along with bent-over rows. A typical warm-up is done first, followed by the actual workout. Additionally, Ariel prefers to utilize her time the best way is possible. This is accomplished by creating all of her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets with 10-12 reps. She would do this kind of routine twice per week. The first day is lightweight day, and the second day being heavy weight.
