Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model, competitor and sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 when she resigned from the gymnastics she had been involved in during her youth. She earned her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She started participating in fitness shows when she was 16, shortly after ending gymnastics in her youth. After 17 years, she She was awarded her professional card. She became one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to stop her work for six years to complete her studies. After finishing her college studies Ariel returned to stage in the year of 2015. The show continued in the same way she had left off in the previous shows, which included the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete throughout the years following her debut on the show and set higher expectations for herself each year. In 2009 she won more than four fitness titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel has taken six years off from competition after earning her professional card in order to complete her education at college. Then she returned in October of 2015 when she competed in her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she placed 3rd in the competition. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage two months later and took home the 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations prior to the event and was happy with her performance. In light of the fact that she had to compete against top athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing the best version of her physique every year. Ariel enjoys working her back. A typical back workout comprises of bent over rowing, single arm lat pull-downs on a machine pull-ups, and seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the working sets. Ariel also Ariel prefers to utilize her time the best way feasible. Ariel accomplishes this by making sure she is doing all her back exercises and performing up to four or three supersets of between 10 and 12 reps. The routine she follows is type of workout twice a week. The first day is lighter weight and the second day being heavy weight.
