Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. After leaving gymnastics Ariel Khadr began to compete in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. As a teenager she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete model and sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness shows when she was 16, shortly after ending her childhood gymnastics career. She was awarded her Pro Card within a year and was 17. Thus becoming one of the smallest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was away for six years from the stage, after obtaining her Pro Card to complete her undergraduate studies. In 2015, she re-appeared to the stage and competed at the top level in competitions such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for several years after her debut show setting higher targets for herself every year. At the close of 2009, she took home four more fitness titles. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel had a 6-year hiatus from competition to get her college degree. Her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished 3rd. In the summer of 2016 she took home the title of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel appeared on stage for the Olympia and placed 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. Ariel was competing against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel remains astonished, and brings improvements to her physique each year. The body part that Ariel likes to work out to work on is her back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm lat-pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, seated rows and push-ups. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the work outs. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. She does this by executing supersettings to all of back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
