Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession Ariel Khadr began to compete in fitness competitions when she was just 16 years old. Then she received her Pro Card only one year later aged 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. After quitting her gymnastics career Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness shows in the year she turned 16. After only a year after that, she managed to earn her Pro Card aged 17. She became one of the smallest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel stopped her professional career for a period of six years in order to further her education. She came back in 2015 and carried on from where she previously left off performing in elite events like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for several years after her debut, setting new expectations for herself each year. She took home four other health titles before the end of 2009. The 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) in history. Ariel was able to take six years off from the sport after she earned her pro-card to complete her education at college. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished 3rd. In June of 2016, she took home the title of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and was thus invited to compete in the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia arena and claimed 6th place for the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel claims she was not just proud of her performance. Ariel was competing against one of the world's best athletes. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel loves to work out her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with a machine along with bent-over rows. Her warm-up is followed by moving on to her working sets. Ariel prefers to make the most of her workout time. Ariel accomplishes this by setting all of the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is type of workout twice a week one day being light weight day and the other heavy weight day.
