Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests following her decision to quit gymnastics. She earned her Pro Card within a year when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career in the year 16 when she stopped the sport of gymnastics. One year later at 17, she won her pro card. She became one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel stopped her professional career for a period of six years in order to further her education. When she completed her college degree, Ariel returned in 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed for many more years, setting objectives each year. In 2009 she took home four more fitness titles. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the young IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could finish her college degree. The first time she was IFBB Fitness' Pro was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She placed 3rd during the event. In the summer of 2016 she took the top prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and thus qualified for the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage two months later and took home the 6th spot within the Fitness Division. The fact that she had never set any expectations in advance Ariel declares she was more than happy about her achievement. Ariel was competing against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing an improved version of her physique year after year. Ariel likes working out her back. Ariel usually performs bent-over row or single arm lat pull-downs (on machines) as well as pull-ups, seated rows and push-ups. Warming up is usually done first before beginning the workout. Ariel is also very efficient in her work. This is accomplished by organizing all of her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week. The first day is lightweight day, and the other heavy weight day.
