Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. When she was 16, she began training for fitness events after quitting gymnastics. She was just 17 when she got her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Within just one year, she was able to achieve her Professional Card aged 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel paused her career for six years to pursue her studies. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to stage in the year of 2015. The show continued in the same way she was at in her previous contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed for several more years, setting goals every year. She was awarded four more fitness titles by the end of the year. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the young IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competitive sports to pursue her university degree. Her return came in October of 2015 when she competed in her first appearance as an IFBB Fitness Professional in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. She came in 3rd place at the show. In the summer of 2016 she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in be a part of the Fitness Olympia. After three months, she stepped onto the Olympia arena and claimed 6th place for the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel declares she was thrilled about her achievement. Given that she competed against the top athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel's top body part for training is the back. Ariel usually performs bent-over row, single arm lat-pull-downs (on a machine) along with pull-ups and sitting-rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the working sets. Ariel is also efficient with time. Converting all the back exercises into three to four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she works.
