Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 years old. She won her Pro Card in the year following aged 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. One year later at 17 the athlete was granted her pro card. So she became an incredibly young IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to stop her work for six years to pursue her education. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in the year 2015. She picked up where she left off in previous contests including The Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed for several more years, setting targets each year. By the time 2009 ended she won the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) in history. Ariel was able to take six years off from the sport after she earned her pro card to finish her university education. The first time she was IFBB Fitness' Pro was held at the Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She placed 3rd during the event. In summer 2016, she took the top prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and thus qualified for Fitness Olympia. Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage three months later to take home the sixth spot within the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very happy with her performance. Ariel was competing with many of the best athletes. Ariel continues to improve her physique. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent rows with single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups as well as seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving on to the sets for working. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings on all of back exercises. This is typically three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
