Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16 when she resigned from her childhood gymnastics career. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr started her career in fitness at age 16, when she quit gym class. Within just one year, she was able to get her Pro Card at age 17. This made her an incredibly young IFBB Pro in history. Following her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years on the field to finish her education at college. Then she came back in the year 2015 to continue her previous place of participating in elite competitions such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show continued to compete for a long time and set higher goals each year. As of the year 2009's end she was the winner of the titles of four other fitness contests. The most notable was 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the young IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to finish her college degree. In the month of October, 2015, she returned to the sport through her IFBB Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She came in 3rd place at the show. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage two months later to take home the sixth spot for the Fitness Division. Ariel was pleased to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division despite having zero expectations. Considering she was battling against top athletes. Ariel is always improving her body. The body part that Ariel likes to exercise is her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. The majority of the time she warms up before moving on to the work outs. Ariel also likes to make the most of her time. She does this by executing supersettings for all the back exercises she does. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
