Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness contests at the age of was 16 years old. At the age of 17 she earned her pro card just a year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. After quitting gymnastics Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. After only a year after that, she managed to get her Pro Card aged 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to stop her work for a total of six years, to continue her education. In the year 2015 she returned on the stage and took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show, she continued competing throughout her career and made it a point to set new goals each year. In 2009 she won the titles of four other fitness contests. In 2009she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). Ariel took six years off from competition after earning her professional card in order to complete her education at college. In the month of October with her first appearance as an IFBB Fitness Professional in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She came in 3rd place at the show. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for Fitness Olympia. Three months later she was on the Olympia stage, and was awarded the 6th position at the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel declares she was more than happy of the result. Ariel was competing against some of the most talented athletes. Ariel keeps working to improve her body. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to exercise to work on is her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rowing, single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups as well as seated rows. Her warm-up is followed by moving on to her working sets.
