Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness events at the age of 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She earned her Pro Card in the year following aged 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She first began participating in fitness competitions when she was 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old when she was 17, she earned her pro card. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the smallest IFBB Pro ever. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her education at college. In 2015, she re-appeared to the stage, and participated in prestigious competitions such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued for a few more years, setting goals each year. In 2009 she took home four more fitness titles. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, after earning the Pro Card. In October 2015, she returned to the sport to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd at the show. The summer of 2016, she took home the title of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later, and was awarded 6th place at the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel declares she was not just proud about her achievement. In light of the fact that she had to compete against top athletes. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel likes working out her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups on a machine and bent-over rows. The warm-up phase is completed before she moves on to her working sets. Also Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as feasible. The supersetting of all exercises back into three or four supersets of 10-12 reps are the way she works.
