Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She began participating in fitness shows when she was sixteen after having ended her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Then she received her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She started participating in fitness events at the age of 16, following the end of gymnastics in her youth. She earned her Pro Card in the year following, at the age of 17. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the smallest IFBB Pro ever. After she earned her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years the show to pursue her university education. She came back in 2015 and carried on from her previous place of performing in elite events including The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for several more years, setting new objectives each year. She took home four other fitness awards by the end of the year. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. The first time she was IFBB Fitness' Pro was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The competition saw her finish 3rd. In June of 2016, she took home the title of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to take part in Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage, and was awarded the sixth position in the Fitness Division. The fact that she had never set any expectations in advance Ariel declares she was thrilled of her placing. Ariel was competing with some of the most elite athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with improvements to her physique every year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pullups that are done with machines, as well as bent-over rows. The warm-up phase is typically done prior to training. Ariel is also known for making the most of her time. This is accomplished by organizing all of the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. This kind of routine twice per week, with one day being light weight day and the other heavy weight day.
