Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. Then she received her Pro Card only one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16. She was awarded her Pro Card in the year following and was 17. She became among the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had to take six years off from the stage following her acquisition of the Pro Card required to complete her university studies. Following her completion of college Ariel came back in the year 2015. It was the same as when she was at in her previous contests including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for a few more years, setting new goals every year. She won another four health titles before the end 2009. The most notable was 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB took place at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the end of the day, she placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she took home the title of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and was thus invited to take part in Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia stage, and was awarded 6th place in the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more than proud of her placing. Ariel was competing against one of the world's best athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. A typical back workout comprises of bent over rowing, single arm lat pull-downs on a machine pull-ups, and sitting rows. Warming up is usually done before an actual workout. Ariel is also extremely efficient when it comes to time management. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of the back exercises she does. This is usually three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
