April Bowlby, an American model and actress. The actress was also known as Kandi, Stacy Barrett and Rita Farr from the CBS Comedy series Two and a Half Men. April Michelle Bowlby is an American actor who is best well-known for her portrayal of Stacy Barrett in the American legal comedy drama/fantasy TV series Drop Dead Diva and Kandi in The sitcom Two and a Half Men. Modeling was her first career after which she went on to film and TV programs. Her debut appearance came in a small screen role as an extra in the TV series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. This was followed by appearances of single episodes in different shows. In the near future, she was cast in the part as Kandi on Two and a Half Men. Her character of Stacy Barrett in the popular show Drop Dead Diva has earned Bowlby fame around the world. In the American web series Titans, she played the character of Elastigirl/Rita. In a spin-off show that will be called Doom Patrol, she will take on the role. Bowlby has also appeared in TV films such as Sands of Oblivion and The Wrong Daughter. Her debut on the big screen was made with All Roads Lead Home. She then appeared in films such as The Slammin Salmon, and From Prada To Nada. She took drama classes with Ivana Chubbuck and secured the role of a leading TV series (Kandi as a character in Two and a Half Men) shortly after her first Hollywood audition. Bowlby has appeared on many TV series, such as CSI with the role of Kaitlin Rackish in 2004 CSI: NY as Jenny Lee in 2005. Freddie as Sydney in 2005 Stacked with Jasmine in 2005 and How I Met Your Mother in the role of Meg in the year 2007. Bowlby's latest role was Natasha as a 12 year old girl who lost her mother in an auto accident. Bowlby will be starring as Mia as she appears in The Slammin Salmon (2008). The actress lives in Los Angeles. The blonde has natural hair and eyes of blue. The couple has not been married and she has have no children.
