April Bowlby, an American model and actress. She is known for portraying Kandi on the CBS comedy show Two and a Half Men Stacy Barrett on Drop Dead Diva as well as Rita Farr on Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby was born in New York City. She is best known for her role as Stacy Barrett, the American TV character who plays Drop Dead Diva and Kandi on Two and a Half Men. Her modeling career started with modeling before she moved onto films and TV shows. In the role of an extra, she made her small-screen debut as a character in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. It is about 12-year-old Natasha with a mother gone after a car crash. Bowlby will play Mia, in The Slammin Salmon (2008). Bowlby is from Los Angeles. The redhead has blue eyes.
